Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design development and drafting of architectural/engineering projects using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Create detailed 3D visualizations and construction documentation for residential/commercial projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design alignment
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, schematics, and presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct design reviews and implement revisions based on stakeholder feedback
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Research and integrate new design technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design or architectural drafting
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe applications
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and design principles
- Portfolio demonstrating complex design projects and technical drawing capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in multicultural teams
