We are looking for a visionary Senior Engineering Lead to spearhead Hoppi Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. on the ambitious Project Sparkol. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for Project Sparkol, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models to enhance video editing capabilities and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or engineering management role.
- Proven track record of working in early-stage startups or scaling tech companies, with experience in building products from scratch.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, with hands-on experience integrating AI models (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI) into production applications.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with microservices architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
