Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team to achieve project milestones and foster professional growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of semiconductor products from concept to mass production.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality) to ensure product integrity and meet customer specifications.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure delivery within business objectives.
- Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Identify technical challenges and implement scalable solutions for high-volume manufacturing environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Semiconductor preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related engineering fields.
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams and leading large-scale projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows, equipment, and yield management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO quality standards and process optimization methodologies.
