Kualifikasi

- 8+ years engineering management experience in tobacco industry
- Proven track record in leading complex engineering projects
- Expert knowledge of tobacco manufacturing processes and equipment
- Strong PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
