To support our continued growth, we are seeking a talented Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead our capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects in Laguna, Calabarzon. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects including new facility construction, site expansions, and complex engineering initiatives.
As a key member of the engineering team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability. You will drive project strategies, manage budgets and timelines, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our infrastructure and supporting the company's expansion plans across the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage capital expenditure projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee new facility construction, site expansions, and complex engineering initiatives.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project staff.
- Report project status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in food manufacturing or similar industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale CAPEX projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements and construction standards.
