Tanggung Jawab
- Lead optimization of drive assembly processes using data-driven methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce defects
- Design, implement, and validate test procedures for drive assembly and functional validation
- Analyze production metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality) to resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain assembly documentation, work instructions, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians on assembly techniques and troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drive assembly, manufacturing, or test engineering
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Hands-on experience with assembly automation, test equipment, and quality control systems
- Expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, FMEA)
- Knowledge of storage drive technologies and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical data to diverse stakeholders
