You'll develop comprehensive environmental management systems, conduct impact assessments, and lead cross-functional teams to implement best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive environmental management systems aligned with ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct regular environmental audits, impact assessments, and compliance monitoring
- Lead sustainability initiatives and corporate environmental reporting (GRI, ESG)
- Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and stakeholders on environmental regulations
- Design and execute waste reduction, pollution control, and resource efficiency programs
- Train staff on environmental best practices and emergency response protocols
- Monitor environmental KPIs and prepare executive sustainability reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in environmental management (mining sector preferred)
- Professional certification in Environmental Management (CEM, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and international standards
- Strong data analysis skills with environmental monitoring software proficiency
- Proven experience leading cross-functional sustainability projects
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders
