- Design and develop specialized equipment and tooling for medical device production
- Lead equipment validation and testing protocols to ensure performance and reliability
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to align equipment with product requirements
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for equipment efficiency and safety
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and develop effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards
- Document engineering processes and maintain equipment specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in equipment engineering, preferably in medical devices
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Experience with equipment validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
