Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process and Quality Engineering to optimize manufacturing yields.
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships to ensure timely support and cost-effective maintenance operations.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on equipment operation, safety protocols, and technical best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and automation integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, ideally within a high-volume manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, robotic systems, and industrial automation control systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret technical schematics and CAD drawings.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards (ISO, OSHA) and environmental regulations.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and present project status updates.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.
