Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initial discovery and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Conduct deep-dive business process audits to identify inefficiencies and design optimized system workflows.
- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Oversee system configuration, data migration strategies, and integration with third-party applications.
- Facilitate comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver technical training programs to client teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Provide strategic advice on ERP best practices, module selection, and system scalability.
- Collaborate with the technical development team to design custom enhancements and reporting solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise software implementation.
- Proven expertise in leading at least 3 full-cycle ERP implementations (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of core business modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management for reporting and data migration purposes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or specific ERP platforms is highly advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
