Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and civil/architectural structures
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and tender documents to determine scope and requirements
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and compile comprehensive cost databases
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop value engineering solutions
- Review subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing for materials and labor
- Prepare bid documents, presentations, and cost reports for client approval
- Monitor project costs and provide variance analysis during construction phases
- Stay updated with market trends, material costs, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP and civil estimating for large-scale projects
- Proficiency in estimating software (CostX, WinEst, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and construction standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Certification in cost estimation (e.g., CCE, PMP) is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
