Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budget proposals for construction and engineering projects.
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
- Conduct thorough site visits and surveys to verify quantities and assess project conditions.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to align estimates with project goals.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular updates on budget status to stakeholders.
- Ensure all estimates comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction materials, methods, and cost structures.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
