Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates using CostX software for mechanical construction projects
- Perform quantity take-offs and analyze material/labor costs for accuracy
- Collaborate with Australian clients to understand project specifications and requirements
- Develop and maintain cost databases and historical pricing information
- Conduct risk analysis and recommend cost-saving strategies
- Prepare tender documents and negotiate with subcontractors/suppliers
- Provide regular cost reporting and variance analysis to project stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
- Advanced proficiency in CostX software (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection)
- Proven track record in construction cost analysis and tender preparation
- Experience working with Australian construction standards and practices
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables in a remote work environment
