Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute high-touch ETD orders for institutional clients with precision and efficiency.
- Provide actionable market commentary and liquidity insights to clients to assist in their trading decisions.
- Manage the full trade lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication between front-office and back-office operations.
- Drive the development of the Singapore ETD business by identifying new revenue opportunities and client segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize electronic execution tools and algorithms.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to compliance and regulatory standards in the Singaporean financial market.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in an ETD sales trading or execution-focused role within a tier-one investment bank.
- Deep understanding of global derivative exchanges, clearing processes, and margining requirements.
- Proven track record of managing high-touch institutional client portfolios.
- Strong technical proficiency in execution platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Fidessa, or proprietary systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Current CMFAS certifications relevant to the Singapore financial services industry.
