Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain the health of enterprise ETL pipelines, ensuring high availability and meeting strict SLA requirements.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) for complex production failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Optimize existing ETL workflows and SQL queries to improve performance, reduce processing windows, and lower resource consumption.
- Lead the deployment of code changes into production environments, ensuring rigorous version control and adherence to CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Architects to transition new data products from development to production operations.
- Develop and maintain automated monitoring dashboards and alerting systems to proactively identify data quality or pipeline issues.
- Document operational procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides to enhance team knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in ETL Development or Data Operations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-leading ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, IBM DataStage, or Microsoft SSIS.
- Strong command of SQL and experience working with major RDBMS platforms like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with Shell scripting, Python, or Perl for task automation and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema) and Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure production incidents and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
