Lembaga Pembangunan Dan Lindungan Tanah (Land Development and Protection Agency) is a key government body dedicated to the sustainable development and management of land resources in Sarawak. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our team on a contract basis.
As a Senior Executive, you will act as a vital link between the agency and various government departments, private sector partners, and community stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless project implementation and address operational issues promptly. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of land-related policies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with government agencies and key stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.
- Resolve operational matters related to land development and management.
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations for project tracking.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Assist in policy formulation and implementation for land projects.
- Provide support to senior management in strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Land Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, real estate, or government liaison.
- Strong understanding of government regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
