As a Senior Executive in our AI division, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into real-world transport systems. You will play a critical role in solving complex data challenges, improving predictive maintenance workflows, and automating critical processes that keep Singapore moving. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models to optimize train scheduling and predictive maintenance.
- Analyze large-scale datasets from rail sensors and IoT devices to identify operational bottlenecks and safety hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into legacy transit infrastructure and modern control systems.
- Develop robust data pipelines for real-time monitoring and anomaly detection.
- Evaluate and fine-tune machine learning algorithms to improve performance accuracy and inference speed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and automation to drive continuous technological improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and data governance standards in all AI development activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in developing and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or C++ and familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working with time-series data, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
