Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end airfreight import/export operations for global clients
- Coordinate with airlines, customs, and freight forwarders for seamless cargo movement
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate competitive freight rates
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs documentation
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and provide proactive client communication
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the logistics sector
- Analyze operational efficiency and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in airfreight forwarding or import/export operations
- Expert knowledge of IATA regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English
- Certification in logistics (e.g., FIATA, IATA) preferred
