Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with prospective corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Income Insurance’s solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor insurance packages that meet the unique needs of diverse business entities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Possess CMFAS certifications or relevant industry qualifications is highly advantageous.
