Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with prospective corporate clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Income Insurance’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor insurance packages that meet the unique needs of diverse business entities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Possess CMFAS certifications or relevant industry qualifications is highly advantageous.
