Join Natrad Food's dynamic supply chain team as a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Demand Planning and Purchasing. This critical role requires strategic oversight of demand forecasting, inventory replenishment, procurement operations, and regulatory compliance to optimize stock availability while maintaining cost efficiency. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and logistics teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand planning strategies using historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts
- Optimize inventory replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to align supply plans with market demand
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and inventory management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for food manufacturing industries
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Certifications in APICS, CSCP, or related supply chain credentials advantageous
