Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise departmental staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high operational standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage food procurement, inventory levels, and logistics.
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective process improvement initiatives.
  • Handle patient and staff feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to food service delivery.
  • Prepare regular management reports on service performance, budgetary utilization, and operational KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality management, preferably in a hospital or institutional setting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety management systems and workplace safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
