Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to automate manual HR processes and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT departments to implement new HR software modules and system upgrades.
- Conduct regular data audits and generate analytical reports to support HR management decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related troubleshooting and user support.
- Drive the adoption of new HR technologies through effective change management and staff training programs.
- Ensure all HR technology practices comply with organizational security policies and local data protection regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management, payroll systems, or HR operations.
- Strong proficiency in HR data analytics and software management tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector or public service is highly advantageous.
