Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive IT security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans for travel systems
- Manage security incidents and coordinate breach response protocols
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, and Singapore PDPA regulations
- Oversee security infrastructure including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Lead security awareness training for staff across departments
- Collaborate with vendors on security solutions and audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
- 5+ years in IT security with compliance focus
- Professional certifications (CISSP/CISM/CEH) preferred
- Experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security and network protocols
- Incident response and forensic investigation skills
- Experience in travel/hospitality industry advantageous
