Leeden is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Regional Cloud & Systems Infrastructure to join our dynamic IT team based in Shah Alam. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key technical support partner to the Regional Infrastructure Manager, playing a vital part in the design, deployment, and ongoing operation of our cloud and systems infrastructure across the SEA+I region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Regional Infrastructure Manager in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud and on-premise systems infrastructure.
- Monitor and manage system performance, security, and scalability across the SEA+I region to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Lead the deployment of cloud-based solutions, including migrations, optimizations, and cost-management initiatives.
- Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support for critical infrastructure incidents, performing root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, disaster recovery plans, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional regional teams to align IT infrastructure with business requirements and security compliance standards.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in systems administration, cloud infrastructure management, or regional IT support.
- Proven hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and enterprise-grade networking.
- Experience in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to streamline operational tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Professional certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse regional setting.
