Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full lifecycle of research grants including pre-award application development, post-award administration, and financial compliance
- Ensure adherence to institutional, national, and international research policies and ethical standards
- Provide expert guidance to researchers on funding opportunities, regulatory requirements, and reporting obligations
- Develop and implement streamlined research administration processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with internal departments and external funding agencies to facilitate research projects
- Maintain accurate financial records and databases for research activities
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on research compliance and grant management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Science, Social Sciences); Master's preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in research administration or grant management
- Strong knowledge of research funding landscape including government/private sector grants
- Proficiency in research administration systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced academic environment
