The National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join the MSc Programmes Office. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our vibrant academic community, fostering student engagement, facilitating personal development, and ensuring an enriching campus life for our diverse cohort of MSc students.
As a key member of our Programmes Office, you will orchestrate initiatives that bridge the gap between academic excellence and holistic student development. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, faculty, and student leaders to execute programs that enhance the student journey, foster community spirit, and support career readiness. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, service-oriented, and capable of managing complex student life programs with efficiency and empathy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute student life activities, orientation programs, and community-building events for MSc students.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for student queries, providing timely support and guidance on student life matters.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure seamless operational support for student initiatives.
- Maintain and update student engagement platforms, newsletters, and digital communication channels.
- Analyze student feedback and data to improve program quality and student satisfaction.
- Support the planning and execution of large-scale events, including graduation ceremonies and industry networking sessions.
- Manage logistical arrangements, including venue bookings, vendor liaisons, and budget tracking for student activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student affairs, higher education administration, or event management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse student populations.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with student management systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
- High level of cultural sensitivity and professional integrity.
- Ability to work outside of standard office hours for events and student engagements as required.
