Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the administration of undergraduate programmes, including programme review and accreditation processes.
- Liaise with academic departments, faculty members, and students to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
- Prepare and compile statistical reports, memos, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of university-wide academic events and seminars.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to student enrolment and programme documentation.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Undergraduate Studies Office, including handling correspondence and inquiries.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in administrative or programme management, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant administrative software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
