Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for aviation safety and regulatory excellence? Malaysia Aviation Group is seeking a highly analytical Senior Executive, Auditor Compliance & Investigator to join our team at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational integrity, ensuring that AeroDarat Services (ADS) adheres to the highest global standards, regulatory requirements, and customer airline expectations.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our safety culture by conducting thorough internal audits, investigating procedural discrepancies, and recommending strategic improvements. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on precision, possesses a deep understanding of aviation compliance frameworks, and can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and report on comprehensive internal compliance audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct impartial investigations into operational incidents, safety breaches, or non-compliance findings.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) to address audit findings and mitigate recurring risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements, customer airline standards, and international safety protocols.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth inspection processes.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to foster a proactive culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in auditing, quality assurance, or compliance investigation, preferably within the aviation or logistics sector.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (e.g., IATA, IOSA, or local CAAM regulations).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Audit Management Software is an added advantage.
- High integrity, professional ethics, and the ability to remain objective under pressure.
