Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure new revenue streams and partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the Klang Valley region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals, business plans, and presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize business operations and achieve targets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.
- Represent MR.DIY at industry networking events, trade shows, and business forums to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or retail management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
