Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within Singapore as required
