Join ELK-Desa Resources Berhad as a Senior Executive, Collections and take the lead in driving our financial recovery initiatives. This pivotal role requires you to support the Collection Manager in overseeing daily collection operations while leading a dynamic team of Collection Executives. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic collection plans to minimize overdue accounts and optimize cash flow.
As a key contributor to our credit management team, you'll mentor staff, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The position demands exceptional communication skills to negotiate payment solutions with clients while maintaining positive relationships. You'll analyze trends, prepare detailed reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency across portfolios.

- Supervise and mentor team of Collection Executives to ensure performance targets are met
- Develop and implement strategic collection plans for overdue accounts
- Analyze collection metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team's negotiation skills
- Prepare comprehensive reports on collection activities and financial recovery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment disputes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in credit management or collections
- Proven team leadership and staff development experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of debt collection regulations and compliance standards
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
