Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Conduct in-depth investment analysis and capital allocation strategies to support business growth.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide financial insights to drive operational efficiency.
- Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities and financial risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, Malaysian accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent understanding of capital markets, investment appraisal techniques, and risk management principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
