As a Senior Executive, you will lead creative initiatives, ensuring our visual identity is cohesive, innovative, and aligned with the luxury standards of Marina Bay Sands.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative content strategies that drive brand engagement and business objectives.
- Lead art direction for key marketing campaigns, including digital assets, print collateral, and out-of-home advertising.
- Manage the end-to-end creative production process, from concept development to final asset delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Sales, and Event teams to align content with operational goals.
- Oversee content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Review and curate creative work to maintain strict brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Stay abreast of global creative trends and competitor activities to keep our content fresh and competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in creative content, art direction, or a related marketing field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of art direction, copywriting, and strategic content planning.
- Proven experience within the hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end lifestyle sectors.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
