Join Pacific International Lines (PIL) as a Senior Executive in our Singapore Agency Customer Service department. We are a leading global shipping line, and this role is integral to our Group Commercial Agency Management. You will be the face of PIL for our valued clients, ensuring their shipping needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and foster long-term relationships in the dynamic logistics industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and freight forwarders to ensure smooth booking, shipment, and delivery processes.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices, to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively update customers on transit status to ensure transparency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell PIL services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and performance metrics to support departmental goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, freight forwarding, or the shipping/logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of shipping terms, Incoterms, and logistics documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
