You will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of the property development lifecycle, from conducting initial feasibility studies and market research to securing regulatory approvals and overseeing project progress. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of new development opportunities.
- Liaise with government authorities, local councils, and consultants to ensure timely submission and approval of development plans and building permits.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and surveyors, to ensure project designs align with company objectives.
- Prepare detailed project budgets, timelines, and progress reports for senior management review.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing strategies and sales materials to support project launches.
- Monitor site progress and ensure that developments are meeting quality standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage documentation and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations for future land acquisitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in property development or real estate project management.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian land laws, planning guidelines, and local council (PBT) procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
