As a Senior Executive, Direct & Japanese Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by managing key relationships and expanding our footprint in the corporate sector.
In this dynamic position, you will be the face of MSIG to our valued Japanese corporate clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing direct sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Japanese corporate clients to drive business retention and acquisition.
- Execute direct sales strategies and achieve personal and team sales targets within the corporate segment.
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, presentations, and reports for management review and client presentations.
- Coordinate with internal underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and solutions tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and resolving any service issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above) and Business English is essential.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, banking, or the insurance industry.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong drive for results and customer success.
