Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of power plant modifications to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous reliability improvement programs to minimize downtime and optimize asset lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and maintenance logs.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex plant machinery and electrical systems.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Analyze performance data to identify failure trends and implement corrective maintenance strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and international safety standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and engineering upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering.
- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in power plant operations or heavy industrial maintenance.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols and power plant diagnostic tools.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and complex specifications.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and enterprise asset management systems.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead technical teams under tight deadlines.
