As a key member of the Technical Services department, you will manage complex engineering tasks, oversee cabin modifications, and ensure that our fleet meets the highest global safety and passenger comfort standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert-level technical support for aircraft cabin systems, including interiors, galleys, lavatories, and passenger seat configurations.
- Ensure continuous airworthiness compliance in accordance with CAAM and international aviation regulatory standards.
- Oversee the execution of cabin modification projects, including engineering orders and service bulletin implementation.
- Perform detailed technical analysis of cabin performance issues and implement proactive reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance and procurement teams to manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships for cabin components.
- Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and modification manuals to ensure rigorous compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical training initiatives within the engineering department.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in aircraft technical services, specifically focusing on cabin interiors.
- In-depth knowledge of EASA Part 21/Part 145 or equivalent CAAM regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and structural blueprints.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and aviation-specific maintenance tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and project management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead technical presentations.
