Join SD Guthrie as a Senior Executive, Engineering and lead transformative initiatives in our Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation (E&I) division. This pivotal role demands strategic vision and hands-on expertise to optimize industrial operations through innovative engineering solutions. You will spearhead the planning, execution, and management of all E&I activities, ensuring seamless maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of critical systems. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, enhance safety protocols, and align engineering initiatives with SD Guthrie's business objectives in the dynamic Klang/Port Klang industrial hub. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and execution of all Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation (E&I) activities
- Oversee maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and system optimization for industrial equipment
- Develop and implement engineering standards, safety protocols, and compliance frameworks
- Manage engineering projects within budget, timeline, and quality specifications
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and vendors for seamless project delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven engineering solutions
- Ensure alignment of E&I strategies with organizational growth objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in E&I with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in managing industrial automation systems and maintenance programs
- Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and control systems integration
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, petrochemical, or industrial sectors
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Strategic mindset with ability to align engineering initiatives with business goals
