Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise aerospace sheet metal assembly operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company quality management systems (AS9100/ISO 9001).
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize workflow.
- Provide technical guidance and training to assembly team members, promoting best practices in manufacturing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, logistics) to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain detailed production records, reports, and documentation for audits and performance analysis.
- Champion safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and enforce PPE usage in the assembly area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing) or equivalent diploma with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace sheet metal assembly and production leadership.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, including riveting, forming, and surface treatments.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IPC, NDT, Lean Six Sigma) are an advantage.
