Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition and joint venture opportunities that align with company objectives.
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies, market research, and financial analyses to support investment decisions.
- Facilitate the negotiation and documentation of land purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and related contracts.
- Coordinate with legal, planning, and engineering teams during the due diligence and development planning phases.
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies to secure approvals and compliance for land matters.
- Maintain and update a database of land bank, project progress, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to management and potential partners.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, property development, or land acquisition.
- Strong understanding of land laws, property valuation, and joint venture structures in Malaysia.
- Proven track record in negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
