Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry influencers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities
- Lead negotiations for contracts, sponsorships, and commercial agreements with potential partners
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business initiatives with organizational goals
- Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development activities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the hospitality, tourism, or leisure industry
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing commercial agreements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior
