Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end import/export shipment processes across multiple international routes
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and INCOTERMS
- Manage customer communications regarding shipment status, delays, and resolution of service issues
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for smooth clearance
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively address delivery exceptions
- Maintain accurate shipment records and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in export/import operations or customer service
- Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-focused mindset with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
