Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of organizational IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Support leadership in the execution of digital transformation projects and innovation initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting and user support across departments.
- Manage hardware and software inventory, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and compliance with SLAs.
- Develop and update internal documentation, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT systems.
- Monitor cyber security protocols to ensure the protection and integrity of organizational data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports regarding digital performance and system uptime for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project coordination and the ability to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a mission-driven, non-profit environment.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, or Cloud certifications) will be highly regarded.
