Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and qualify alternate suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead complex price negotiations and contract renewals to achieve and exceed established annual cost-saving targets.
- Draft, review, and finalize robust commercial contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with global vendors.
- Analyze market intelligence and spend data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and performance trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with production requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance through rigorous KPI tracking and resolve operational or quality disputes promptly.
- Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in contract law, vendor management, and commercial negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of achieving cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
