Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security policies and emergency preparedness plans to ensure campus safety.
- Coordinate and conduct regular emergency drills, including fire, evacuation, and crisis management simulations, ensuring all departments are compliant.
- Liaise with external security agencies, government bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication during critical incidents.
- Maintain and audit emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, and first aid kits, ensuring they are fully functional and up to code.
- Investigate security incidents or safety breaches, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to senior management.
- Provide guidance and training to staff and students on emergency procedures and safety awareness programs.
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control logs to identify potential vulnerabilities and prevent security breaches.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Security Management, Public Safety, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in security operations, emergency management, or facilities management within an educational or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations, fire codes, and emergency response protocols in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with incident reporting software.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in First Aid, Fire Warden, or Risk Management are a plus.
