Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for travel packages and leisure services.
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including flight, accommodation, and curated tour itineraries.
- Provide professional consultation to members, offering personalized travel solutions that meet their specific needs and budgets.
- Oversee operational workflows to ensure high standards of service delivery and seamless travel experiences.
- Handle pre-departure preparations, travel documentation, and post-trip follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to negotiate competitive rates and exclusive perks.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and operational feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in travel sales, operations, or leisure management.
- Strong proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and travel management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling travel disruptions or client requests.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by industry demand.
