Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee unit trust and fund operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with different departments to implement and execute project initiatives
- Monitor fund performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Handle trade settlement, reconciliation, and other operational processes
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with investment teams to support fund launches and product development
- Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund management or financial operations
- Strong knowledge of unit trust regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are advantageous
