Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including building maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Coordinate technical services and routine inspections for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems.
- Lead and support facilities-related project work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare operational reports, budget tracking, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and tenant requests to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Optimize building systems to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Estate Management, or an Engineering-related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities operations, property management, or building services.
- Solid understanding of local building regulations, fire safety standards, and WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) guidelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic, high-traffic central location.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for technical detail and operational excellence.
