Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end food street operations including vendor coordination, inventory management, and service quality control
- Develop and implement staff training programs focusing on customer service excellence, food safety, and operational efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and brand visibility
- Handle customer feedback resolution and implement service recovery protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company objectives and seasonal promotions
- Monitor budget adherence and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food service or hospitality management
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational excellence in high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian food culture, local suppliers, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and operational software
- Valid food handling and safety certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
